Five questions, one honest read.
A daily check-in only works if it's short enough that players keep doing it, and only matters if what it asks about actually predicts something. Vantic's covers five dimensions commonly tracked in athlete wellness monitoring, averaged into one composite a coach can act on.
Sleep · Fatigue · Soreness · Stress · MoodFive dimensions, not a mood check
Sleep, fatigue, muscle soreness, stress, and mood move independently — a player can be sleeping fine and still stressed, or feeling fine and still sore from the last session. Asking about all five instead of one general question is what lets an early problem show up in the specific dimension it's actually coming from, not just a vague 'off' reading.
Feeding straight into risk
The daily check-in isn't a form that gets filed away. It feeds directly into the same readiness and risk signals coaches see on a player's profile — the same signals that surface in Performance Signals, not a separate wellness dashboard nobody cross-references against the physical test data.
